Becoming a new parent a big life change.

Arrow offers 16 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers, which includes for adoptions, fostering, and surrogacy. Four weeks’ paid parental leave is available for secondary carers.

We also pay superannuation for the parental leave duration.

A generous package of rebates is available to Arrow employees on a range of everyday expenses.

Employees receive up to $3,000 per calendar year in rebates for select expenses, $299 annually for healthy lifestyle activities, and access to Arrow’s online discount portal which offers savings at more than 400 retailers.
